We take pride in providing high-quality edible clay. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@asyaclayco.co.za.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund within 7 business days.
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the consumable nature of the product.
